A Week in the Life of Our Digital Marketing Agency Content Creation Schedule

Ever wondered what goes on behind the curtains of a busy digital marketing agency? 🤔

You move from scripting to scheduling. You do editing and optimising. The journey is a wild one of creativity, strategy, and scheduling.

Recently, we got asked a question on the gram about ‘how long we spend on content creation per week’ and It prompted us to shed light on how much time we invest and how we spread it all out to make this achievable, sustainable and enjoyable (yes, we said enjoyable 😏)

In short, we spend about 5 hours per week on content creation. This includes many tasks. Each is crucial to making content that engages and impacts our audience and growing our business following our content and marketing funnel strategy.

Now to dive a bit deeper into how this actually works within our week 👇🏽

FIRSTLY, WHAT PLATFORMS we post to & HOW MUCH DO WE AIM TO SHARE EACH WEEK:

SECONDLY, HOW DO WE SPREAD THIS OUT IN A WEEK?

We get it! You may be looking at this like….

But, we are not about sugar-coating here. Marketing is a commitment. It is non-negotiable for your business to be seen, grow, and last.

YOUR ACTION FROM THIS BLOG:

First, understand the key to your business's success: marketing.

Second, look at your current week. Choose a creation schedule that fits into it. This may look like a fortnightly creation rather than weekly. The key is to make it fit into your schedule and work with you NOT against you.

Third, break down the tasks you need to complete your content. Estimate how long each task takes you. Also, decide the order to complete them.

Finally, put these core marketing to-do's into your calendar. Label them as "busy." This will ensure no excuses or accidental double booking 😏.

Now go forth, create and conquer!

Until the next blog, I’ll catch you on the gram.
